What are the groups like on your trips?

The trips are for those who want to get away from the ordinary day-to-day life and have some fun. The trips are open to like-minded individuals who wants a once in a lifetime adventure.

How many people do you take on your trips?

Depending on the location, we service anywhere from 6-14 people per group trip.

I am a solo traveler - Do I need to pay a single supplement?

The pricing for group trips are based on double occupancy, however, you can opt in for a single room for an additional charge.

Do I get a discount if I have travelled with you before?

Travel Nomadika frequent travelers receive special perks and discounts.

Do you do group discounts?

We offer a booking discount for any client who refers 5 travelers who book a trip!

Who will be on the group trips?

Our group trips are open to adventure seeking travelers, ranging from ages 21 -45. You will meet likeminded professionals from all over the world. Our itinerary will encourage you to venture beyond your comfort zone and mingle with new people, while ticking off your bucket list experiences! You will meet other solo travelers, group of friends, and even couples. Expect to connect with fun loving people from different industries, expand your social circle, and make friends that will last a lifetime. We prioritize kindness and respect, providing a safe community for travelers to build new relationships.

What accommodation is provided, and will I have to share with other members of the group?

We provide luxury accommodation (villas or hotels) with staff to cater to your needs. Our trips are priced based on double occupancy, however travelers can opt in for a single room for an additional charge.

Can I change my selected trip?

Of course! Simply email info@travelnomadika.com at least 60 days prior to the departure date for the trip you are currently signed up, and we will help you make the necessary changes free of charge. Any payments you previously made will roll over to your new trip.

Do I get a refund if I change my mind on joining a trip?

It work hard to bring these experiences to our guests and plan months in advance for your arrival. When payments are made towards your trip, we in turn remit payments to our vendors for your accommodations, activities and more hence why we need advance notice if you are going to cancel your trip. For cancellations please provide us with at least 60 days notice. We provide solutions such as free and flexible trip transfers or credits for future trips when we are given early notice of cancellation.

Will I get some free time whilst on tour?

A detailed itinerary is sent to guests when they sign up for a trip. An hourly breakdown of activities is provided to equip you with the information to schedule any solo relaxation time around the group activities. You can also opt out of joining the group activities, however you will not be refunded for those activities as the vendors are paid in advance of the trip.

How long before my flight starts should I arrive?

The check-in desk at the airport is your first stop. It's a good idea to arrive 2 hours before takeoff, just in case there are any last minute security measures that need attention or clarified about flying within foreign borders. When traveling internationally ensure you have all visa requirements for the desired destination.

Do I need personal travel insurance?

We strongly recommend our travelers to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen complications like severe weather or medical emergencies. Please make sure to research travel insurance companies on your own to ensure that it suits your specific needs and coverage requirements. If natural disasters or travel restrictions were to occur and we determine that the trip is no longer safe for clients, we will cancel the trip and provide flexible refund options or trip transfers.

Do you sell flights?

With our 'Just Show Up' package for private trips, all flights are booked by Travel Nomadika. If you would like us to book your flights for any group trip or as an add-on item, our team is more than happy to assist. Email info@travelnomadika.com to help book any flights.

How do I get my COVID test to return back to my home country?

Travel Nomadika will provide all necessary test to return back home from our group trips with no issues! For our private clients, we can arrange any necessary testing as part of your package.

Are the trips safe?

We pride ourselves in booking accommodations and activities in safe and affluent areas for peace of mind!
